Exploration

I’ve always been appreciative of the less-traveled path. Being in the minority or even alone never bothered me. When I first discovered hiking I was in love. Since then I’ve dreamt big and hope to explore the earth in many ways.

Until now, my most interesting adventure has been the Eastern Continental Trail.

Eastern Continental Trail

The Eastern Continental Trail combines the Florida Trail, the Pinhoti Trail, a small portion of the Benton MacKaye Trail, the Appalachian Trail, and the International Appalachian Trail. By connecting these well-known trails with a roadwalk in Alabama and the Florida Keys Overseas Heritage Trail, the ECT spans much of the East Coast of North America, from Key West, Florida to L’Anse-aux-Meadows, Newfoundland.

Northern Rockies Trail

The Northern Rockies Trail is a planned trail which traverses the Northern Rocky Mountains in Northern British Columbia. It covers two subdivisions of the Canadian Rockies, the Hart Ranges and the Muskwa Ranges. From its Southern Terminus at Kakwa Lake, which is the Northern Terminus of the Great Divide Trail, it goes Northwest to the Liard River, the official Northern boundary of the Rocky Mountains, and ends at Liard River Hot Springs.
